A flagship research report distributed annually to an influential global audience
Starting life as a local real estate agent in London in 1896, Knight Frank has grown to become a global property giant and an innovative, forward-thinking business. In 2014 Raconteur was selected as publishers of a brand new annual research report about the global commercial property market.
And so Global Cities was born – an annual publication showcasing Knight Frank’s data on every major city, accompanied by compelling editorial layout. It is distributed to influential investors around the world, and Knight Frank’s skyscraper index has received media coverage in The Sunday Times, The FT and The Washington Post.
Global Cities is the only publication of its kind to have such a wide scope in terms of geography covered – it features over 20 cities from Los Angeles to Tokyo, detailing interesting data pertinent to the cities property market along with engaging commentary.
In our role as publishers Raconteur oversees the publication from conception to completion, coming up with relevant editorial themes and securing op-eds with world figures like famed architect Zaha Hadid.
A consistently clean, modern, sophisticated design over the past three issues has given Global Cities a brand identity that stands out.
